Udenna Corporation was first registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in March 2002, with Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. also registered shortly thereafter in May 2002.
2006 saw greater expansion for Udenna, with the SEC registration of several companies: Udenna Management & Resources Corp.; Chelsea Shipping Corp; Global Synergy Trade and Distribution Corp; P-H-O-E-N-I-X Global Mercantile, Inc.; and Udenna Insurance Agency, Inc., which would be later renamed to PNX –Udenna Insurance Brokers Inc.
P-F-L Petroleum Management, Inc., Valueleases Inc., and Udenna Development (Udevco) Corporation were registered with the SEC by 2007, along with the incorporation and acquisition of Subic Petroleum Trading and Transport Phils., Inc. by Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. That year was also when Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. became the first independent oil company to be listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange after the Oil Deregulation Law of 1998.
2008 was significant year for Chelsea Shipping Corp., as it acquired 100% of the shares of both Bunkers Manila, Incorporated and Michael Inc.
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. acquired Bacnotan Industrial Park from the Phinma Group in 2009, with Phoenix Petroterminals and Industrial Park Corp. designated to own and operate.
Udenna stepped into the environmental and energy fields with the SEC registration of Udenna Environmental Services, Inc. and Udenna Energy Corporation in 2010.
PNX – Chelsea Shipping Corp. was registered with the SEC in 2011.
The first quarter of 2012 saw the registration of Udenna Capital Inc. and Chelsea Ship Management & Marine Services Corp. with the SEC, as well as the acquisition of Subic Petroleum Trading and Transport Phils., Inc. by Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.
By 2013, Udenna Development (UDEVCO) Corporation registered GoHotels Davao, Inc. with the SEC as a joint venture with Robinsons Land Corporation. Fortis Tugs Corporation was also registered with the SEC in the same year.
Udenna Tower Corporation was registered with the SEC in 2014, along with South Pacific Inc., which was a joint venture of Phoenix Petroterminals and Industrial Park Corp. with 168 Gas Corp. and Seaport Offshore Inc.
South Pacific Inc. started its operations in 2015.
The Maritime Center, a joint venture of Chelsea Shipping Corp. and Meridian International Maritime Training Center, Inc., conducted its ground-breaking ceremony in 2016 at Phoenix Industrial Park at Calaca, Batangas. Udenna Tower also conducted its own ground-breaking ceremony at Bonifacio Global City.
Chelsea Shipping Group Corp. was registered with the SEC in 2016, before it and Udenna Development (UDEVCO) Corporation acquired Chelsea Shipping Corp. and Phoenix Petroterminals and Industrial Park Corp. respectively from Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. Chelsea Shipping Group Corp. would go on to acquire Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, before renaming itself Chelsea Logistics Corp.
Fortis Tugs Corp. also acquired Davao Gulf Marine Services, Inc. in 2016.
3 January – PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp. was formed with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Udenna.
25 January – Lapulapu Leisure, Inc. was inaugurated with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp.
14 February – Lapu lapu Land Corp. was organized with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Udenna Development (UDEVCO) Corporation.
3 May – Le Penseur, Inc. was founded with the SEC, a whollyowned subsidiary of Udenna Corp.
1 June – Le Penseur, Inc. acquired 100% stake at Enderun Colleges, Inc. and its subsidiary ADF Enderun 101.
8 August – Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. public listing at the Philippine Stock Exchange.
9 August – Clark Global City Corp. was incorporated with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Udenna Development (UDEVCO) Corporation.
15 August – P-H-O-E-N-I-X Petroleum Philippines, Inc. acquires 100% stake at Petronas Energy Philippines, Inc., Duta, Inc. and its subsidiary Kaparangan, Inc.
16 August – Lapulapu Heritage Foundation was formed.
7 November – Donatela Hotel Panglao Corp. was established with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp. Also at the same time, the company acquired Tarsier Botanika Resort located in Bohol.
8 November – Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. Obtained a 100% stake of Worklink Services, Inc.
9 November – Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. Acquired a 100% stake of Starlite Ferries, Inc.
18 November – Clark Global City Corp. acquired 100% stake at Global Gateway Development Corp.
20 November – Udenna Infrastructure was registered with the SEC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Udenna Corp.
