Two Enderun Colleges alumni who are shaking things up in the restaurant world have been recently recognized as Chefs To Watch Out For in 2020 by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, Angelo Comsti, of Inquirer Lifestyle.

A graduate of BS International Hospitality Management, Chloe Lao stands out in the sea of other rising chefs as she spearheads the world's first Tokyo Milk Cheese Café. Just in her 20s, she's started to develop unique and impressive dishes such as the ebiko carbonara and salmon teriyaki gratin.

Having honed his culinary skills through an intensive 5-month course at Enderun Colleges, Don Patrick Baldosano, on the other hand, is letting his genius cooking do the talking. Lending a great promise and excitement to the industry, this 21 year old chef won the 2019 Young Talents Escoffier competition and has already launched his private dining company, Linamnam.

These rising culinary stars have taken their education to the realities of a working kitchen, cooking up their way to be the next big thing in the restaurant sphere, one dish at a time.
