DITO CME signs landmark distribution deal with Samsung Philippines

TAGUIG - DITO CME through its subsidiary, ISM Equities Corporation, recently signed a Sales and Supply Agreement with Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO) for its IT & Mobile Division. The agreement was signed by Mr. Eric Alberto, President of DITO CME and Mr. James Jung, President of Samsung Philippines with Mr. Dennis A. Uy, Chairman of DITO CME, in attendance.

Together, we are well-positioned to meet the ever-changing demands of the Filipinos, especially as the market transitions to an emerging digital economy,” DITO CME Chairman and CEO Dennis A. Uy said.

Alberto further expounds that DITO CME can conveniently tap into DITO Telecommunity as well as other major potential distribution points within the Udenna Group such as Family Mart and Phoenix and open avenues for Samsung in the network of corporate customers. 

“It is truly the unique network of DITO CME that would allow Samsung to make its smartphones, tablets, and ecosystem of wearables and services become more accessible to Filipinos, especially in this time when demand for trusted and dependable technology partners are at an all-time high,” Samsung Philippines President James Jung said during the signing.
